Standards and Manufacturing Process
Safety is our number one priority. Therefore, every oilfield skid we manufacture is built to not only meet but exceed safety standards while still meeting design standards, structural integrity, transportation, and use requirements. If required, our skids designs can be designed, reviewed, and approved by a professional engineer.
Once your skid design is finalized, it will go into production. We have bandsaw cutting, flame cutting, plasma cutting, tube bending, tube rolling, and machining capabilities in house. This allows us to maintain a high level of quality control. All welding is performed by AWS-certified welders; additionally, all fabrication is performed on fixture tables. In the end, this allows us to manufacture the highest-quality oilfield skids.
